A supportive online community for women across the UK affected by gambling.
thrivin’ together is a peer-led space created by women with lived experience of gambling harm. Whether gambling has affected you directly or through someone you care about, you are welcome.
No matter your age, background, identity or story, you do not have to face this alone. We understand the challenges, the stigma, and the isolation that gambling harm can bring. Most importantly, we see you, we hear you, and we are here to support you.
Who we support
We welcome women from all walks of life, including who:
- are affected by someone else’s gambling, including partners, daughters, mothers, family members and friends
- are in recovery, whether it’s your first day or your tenth year
- are currently gambling
- have relapsed
- are questioning their relationship with gambling
- from the LGBTQ+ community
- are older

Our Mission
Our mission is to create choice, voice and change for women impacted by their own or someone else’s gambling.
Through connection, understanding and lived experience, we empower women to find support, share and build healthier, more hopeful futures together.
Our Mission & Values
We stand alongside women who have been impacted by their own or someone else’s gambling; offering non-judgmental, tailored support and learning, shaped by lived experience. We create space for healing, connection and confidence. We amplify women’s voices to challenge and change systems, narratives and beliefs.
