Protect some time out and join An Hour’s Peace live online relaxation class with Sara. Soothe your busy brain with progressive muscle relaxation, melt tension with head, neck and shoulder massage or restorative stretches, come back into balance with a yoga nidra* lying-down, guided relaxation
You’ll need:
- something soft to lie on (like a yoga mat or folded blanket)
- four pillows
- a blanket
- something to cover your eyes
- comfy clothes and a pair of socks
- some classes also require a chair.
Classes aren’t suitable if you:
- have severe depression, severe trauma or severe mental health condition(s);
- experience seizures;
- are pregnant.
*All classes involve lying and sitting on the floor.
Classes are held on a Wednesday on a fortnightly basis at 7pm. Open to thrivin’ together members only, this is a trial period from March to May 2025.
