How Will We Achieve This?
We will go through 3 phases to help you reach where you want to be these are
- Identify – We’ll go deep into your current situation, uncover limiting beliefs, and define the outcomes you want
- Challenge – Together, we’ll challenge self-doubt, create new strategies, and build resilience
- Implement – You’ll create a practical action plan, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements
Participants are expected to attend all 5 sessions (90 mins each).
