thrivin’ together is a response to the feedback and needs of women impacted by gambling. We are a woman-led, lived experience organisation offering choice, voice and change for women across the UK.

What information we use, collect and why
We collect or use the following personal information in order to become a member of the thrivin’ together community:
- Names and contact details including phone number
- Email address
- Age
Once you have joined our community, thrivin’ together will contact you to carry out a welcome / care call via your contact number, to gather a bit more information around your circumstances and the support you would like going forward. All calls are recorded through our interaction log with basic details of discussion, actions and any safeguarding concerns. All calls are strictly confidential and not information is shared with anyone except staff members of thrivin’ together CIC.
On sign up to our community we also ask if you consent to be added to our mailing list in order to receive email correspondence regarding news, updates and invites, and if you wish for your mobile number to be added to thrivin’ together CICs WhatsApp group, this is entirely optional.
When signing up for workshops, training and events, thrivin’ together CIC collect the following personal information:

- Email address
- Telephone number

We only keep your personal information for as long as we need to. If you sign up to join our community, we will keep your personal information until you no longer wish to be a part of our community. For data entered when signing up for events, workshops etc, we will retain the data, as long as we need to for monitoring and feedback purposes, or if you wish for thrivin’ together CIC to discard your personal information following an event etc, please contact hello@thrivintogether.org.uk

We never share data with third parties without consent from yourself, and this would only be in circumstances where we have asked your permission first (e.g. referring you to a third party we work with).
